Review DwellReady
DwellReady is in Early Access. We're inviting professionals who work with older adults, caregivers, and home modification to review the product — and to tell us honestly where it falls short.
What DwellReady does
- A room-by-room home readiness walkthrough in plain language — about 15–20 minutes
- Every finding is explainable: the question that produced it, and the public guidance behind it
- Findings become a prioritized Action Plan, bundled by the kind of help each project typically needs
- Contractor-ready project packets: conditions, photos, measurements, and the homeowner's questions on one page
- Improvement tracking and later reassessment, so families can see what actually changed over time
The methodology approach
The assessment is deterministic, not AI-generated. Every recommendation in the library is tied to cited public guidance — CDC STEADI fall-prevention materials, the AARP HomeFit Guide, CPSC, EPA, NFPA, the Red Cross, and IRC-based provisions as adopted locally — and a finding appears only when a specific, observable answer triggers it. DwellReady is an educational planning tool: it is not a licensed home inspection, never certifies a home as safe, and never refers or endorses any contractor or product.
What you can test
- The 3-minute Quick Check — no account needed
- The full walkthrough (free account, about 15–20 minutes)
- The public aging-in-place guides and methodology pages
- The demo home and sample report — the whole lifecycle without entering data
- Action Plan grouping and project packets, shown in the demo
Free — and no obligation
- Access is free during Early Access — the whole product, not a trial gate.
- Feedback is genuinely welcome. You can use the structured review form, or just email us.
- There is no obligation to promote, recommend, or share DwellReady. We want the methodology and the consumer experience to get stronger — your criticism helps more than a mention.
- Review feedback is stored separately from the production methodology. Nothing a reviewer submits automatically changes assessment rules, and we never imply endorsement from an organization unless they explicitly say so.
