DwellReady is an educational home walkthrough and planning tool. It helps you look at your home room by room, record what you see, and turn it into an action plan you can follow.

DwellReady is not a licensed home inspection. It cannot see behind walls or inside systems, does not certify that a home is safe, and does not diagnose medical conditions. Suggestions are general things to consider — have a qualified professional evaluate anything you're unsure about before making changes.

You are responsible for the information and media you upload. Only upload content you have the right to store, and keep it accurate and truthful. You're also responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

DwellReady is free during Early Access. If we introduce paid features later, purchases will be one-time, processed by Stripe, and will never renew automatically. We'll update these terms before any paid features launch.

Don't use DwellReady to break the law, to upload another person's private information without their permission, to harass or defraud anyone, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Privacy & Data. Deleting your account removes your records from the application; see the Privacy Policy for what happens to payment records.

We aim to keep DwellReady available and reliable, but we may change, update, or discontinue features, and the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DwellReady is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. [Final limitation, warranty, and dispute language pending legal review before commercial launch.]

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
